It's that time of year. Have you thought about setting resolutions for the 2023 year? Let's talk about New Years Resolutions!
If setting yearly goals seem overwhelming, start small. What goals or changes would you like to see in the month of January, February, etc.? You can always return to your goals at the end of January to reflect and adjust.
Resolutions for some can be extremely personal. I don't ask others what resolutions they have set for themself, rather when I was running my fitness studio, I would focus on discussing and encouraging specific fitness goals.
Do you set resolutions? If so, how often do you reflect on those goals. I am very curious to hear what others are thinking this year.
